WELCOME

I’m Janelle

I love transformation. Big shifts. Little upgrades. Taking things and turning them into something better has been a thread running through my life for as long as I can remember.

Today, that love of transformation expresses itself in two powerful ways. In my corporate career, I lead large-scale business and lending transformation for an Australian bank. And in my coaching and mentoring practice, I help professional women unravel self-doubt and design self-styled, values-aligned careers and lives.

With 34 years in corporate leadership and a thriving coaching practice, I bring both deep expertise and intuitive clarity into every room I enter – whether it’s a corporate strategy session or a one-on-one coaching call. I’ve delivered large-scale transformation while living through high-stakes decisions, identity shifts, burnout cycles and bold career pivots.

The conversations may differ, but the strategies I use are remarkably similar. Whether I’m advising a senior leadership team or coaching a woman at a career crossroads, my work centres around creating the conditions for clarity, confidence, and high performance – because people are the ones who deliver and sustain real transformation.

And when people are empowered and aligned, everything changes.
