Terms and conditions
By entering the ‘Join the launch team and win a free Aiming High Velocity Coaching Session’ competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
1.2 Entry into the competition is free.
- PROMOTER’S DETAILS
2.1 The promoter is Distant Francophile Enterprises Pty Ltd, A.B.N 51 651 745 014, PO Box 21, Williamstown, Victoria, 3016, Australia.
- WHO CAN ENTER?
3.1 You are eligible to enter the competition if you are aged 18 years or over.
- HOW TO ENTER
4.1 The competition commences on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at 17:00 and concludes on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 20:00.
4.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants must email the promoter confirming the fact that they have shared details of the ‘Self.Styled.Life with Janelle Wehsack’ podcast. Sharing may take the form of electronic or verbal sharing. The email address for entry is janelle@janellewehsack.com
4.3 Eligible entrants (including the winner) in the competition may enter the prize draw up to five (5) times.
4.4 Entries must be received by Monday, February 28, 2022 at 20:00.
- PRIZE
5.1 There will be one (1) prize draw and one (1) winner. The winner will receive one prize package, as set out in clause 5.2.
5.2 The prize consists of one (1) Aiming High 90 minute Velocity Coaching Session and one (1) 30 minute follow up call. Both sessions will be held over Zoom at a mutually convenient time for the winner and the Promoter.
5.3 The prize is valued at $427 AUD including GST.
5.4 The winner is not required to be present at the time of the draw. The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, and instructed on how to claim the prize by booking in the coaching session/s.
5.5 The prize cannot be transferred and cannot redeemed for cash.
- HOW TO WIN
6.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 20:30. The draw will be held in Williamstown, Victoria, Australia. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.1.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, and instructed on how to claim the prize by booking in the coaching session/s.
6.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
- UNCLAIMED PRIZE RE-DRAW
7.1 In the event that a Prize winner is unable to be contacted, the Promoter will retain the Prize for three (3) months from the date of the draw. If the Prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the date of the draw, the Promoter will redraw another winner for the unclaimed Prize. Re-draw Prize winners will be notified as set out in above.
- NO LIABILITY
8.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
8.2 Distant Francophile Enterprises Pty Ltd & affiliates will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw;
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
8.3 Distant Francophile Enterprises Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
8.4 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
8.5 This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- COSTS AND EXPENSES
9.1 Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering or winning the competition. Entrants will not be reimbursed for any costs or expenses incurred in entering the competition, regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
