Self Styled Life

There’s lots of talk in the world about what women might want and what they could have. But there’s rarely any dialogue on how we might get to where we want to go – and specifically how we might dance with our self-doubt, which often keeps us stuck. I believe that there are conversations missing when it comes to having a fulfilled and fabulous life that will benefit women everywhere.

AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I STARTED A PODCAST (PLUS THE FACT THAT I LOVE PODCASTS AND LISTEN TO THEM ALL THE TIME)

I’m committed to getting the tools that can help us build our self-belief into the hands of the women who need it most. So in every episode, I’ll be sharing the concepts, tools and techniques to help you get clear and confident about the career and life you want, heal the underlying causes of your self-doubt and take the next step toward your dreams and goals.

Because I know you don’t have time for fluff, I deliberately ensure that my coaching episodes are short and sharp but jam packed with practical tips, so you can consume them when you have a tiny window of time. And every now and then, I share an interview with a special guest. These episodes are definitely longer, but they’re also full of goodness. Basically, Self.Styled.Life is here to give you everything you need, and nothing you don’t xx

How do you take care of yourself?

How do you take care of yourself?

It almost always breaks my heart when I ask women the question 'How do you take care of yourself?' and they answer with words like ‘Not very well’ or ‘I don’t’ or ‘I’ve let myself go’. We can’t fill from an empty cup and if we want to show up fully to our careers,...
